We’re Hiring: Level 3 EYFS Practitioner – Wraparound Care (Stamford)

EcoCoach CIC is expanding our wraparound care team in Stamford and we are looking for a dedicated and confident Level 3 qualified EYFS Practitioner to support delivery across the full primary age range, with particular responsibility for our youngest children.

The role includes:
• Supporting both EYFS and older primary-aged children during wraparound sessions
• Creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes play, independence and social development
• Setting up purposeful activities indoors and outdoors
• Building positive relationships with children, families and school staff
• Ensuring all safeguarding, welfare and health and safety standards are upheld

Requirements:
• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Strong communication skills and a calm, confident approach
• Ability to support children’s learning and behaviour in a play-led environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and a child-first mindset
