School is open as usual today.
Safer Internet Day 2018 will be celebrated globally on Tuesday 6th February 2018 with the slogan “Create, Connect and Share Respect: A better internet starts with you” and it provides a fantastic opportunity to engage with children about their digital lives.
Anti-Bullying Week is coordinated by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and takes place this year from 13th - 17th November and is supported by SafeToNet.
We will be marking Remembrance Day with a service on the KS1 playground. Please feel free to join us.
Don't forget to come along to the school disco tonight! 6-7pm for KS1 children, 7:15 to 8:15 for KS2 children.
Year 3, 4 and 5 spent an inspiring afternoon at Linchfield Primary School on Thursday, 21 September.

On Monday 15th May, the Y5/6 football team represented the school very well at the local tournament held at Linchfield Primary School. They performed well as a team showing good skills of passing, tackling and shooting. They were supportive of each other and demonstrated good sportsmanship. They finished 3rd overall having won one, drawn two and lost one.
On Thursday 18th May, we were very excited to welcome Sam Ruddock to school. Sam is a Paralympic athlete who has competed at London 2012 and Rio 2016 for Great Britain. He is also a sports ambassador for Inspire+, a sports charity that we are linked with. Sam spoke to the whole school about his life as an athlete and about his experiences at the Paralympics.
William Hildyard children were delighted to be part of the Deepings Literary Festival on Friday 28th April 2017.
